Osborne's Secret
On the Chancellor's debate George Osborne promised an NHS consultant that their costs were ringfenced. Yet, according to recent research (Comres, New Statesman) 94% of TORY candidates have Thacherite instincts and want deficit tackled through spending cuts. Also, 59% want the inheritance tax cut. Now balance the books!
