Diversity is not the property of women

There may be just 14.3% of women on the HSBC Board of Directors, but how many employee representatives are there?

The Treasury Select Committee may have felt that the presence of women might have madE the financial crisis less severe (The Independent 3rd April ), but had politicians supported the EU Directive to have employee representatives on the board of Directors then boh employees and women would have been their and helped to prevent the huge bonuses and crisis.
