Cameron's strapline is change. However, when it comes to electoral reform he is "old school" status quo.
The Tories oppose electoral reforms (The Independent 7th April ) apart from fixed term parliaments but against an elected second chamber. I guess he is trying to protect the Bullingdon Boys club members!
