Nick Clegg thinks he can be Prime Minister, and he can. The Press are reporting disenchantment with the other two major parties, electorate preferences for hung parliament and ICM Poll with Liberal Democrats the only party making gains.
So, why not a hung parliament with a Liberal Democrat Prime Minister.
