A Revolution

What my colleagues in the House do not seem to appreciate is that it
does not matter about "errors of judgement" or "within the rules".

The British public have trusted MP'S to create their own rules. They
have trusted them to set their own pay. They have trusted them to live
up to the British sense of fair play.

The revelation that they have taken the British Public for a ride what
hurts the most. When the British Public is hurt then pathetic
apologies just fly over their heads.

Hence the feeling that we need a revolution. Stricter rules on
expenses and second homes. Proportional representation to ensure each
vote counts. Elected second house rather than jobs for the boys.
These are just a sample of the issues discussed this past seven days.
